1st time storage user so didn't know what to expect--all good, easy check-in, clean facility. Only negative was the light in the hallway to our unit was out so it was dark while loading. The service person was no longer at the desk to ask.

The manager is super friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Access hours and codes work great. Facility is clean. One star less because the doors into the buildings don't have door stops and it would be convenient to have them for easier going in and out. It would even save electricity because our unit is close to the entrance door and the daylight would be enough to access it.

Easy process! No money down when reserving and no fees for canceling if something comes up. I feel my stuff is safe and secure and I can be there as early as 6am which allows me to get stuff or bring stuff to store before I have to go to work. Public storage meets all the demands I had for a great storage spot for my goods!

Joy, the property manager, is absolutely amazing. She cares about every customer and helped me get a unit that is right for me - affordable and a good fit. She went out of her way to call me and update me on another unit that became available which was more affordable. She is definitely an amazing property manager and is helpful towards all customers. She is Public Storage's best employee

I am happy with this location as it is adjacent to a residential area thus seems safe. The front desk attendant (Joy) has been excellent about answering my questions and following up to make sure the unit met my needs

I have rented at this public storage for almost two years now, and have had no problems at all, it is always clean and well maintained. The property manager Joy, always waves as I drive in or out of the gate, and is so friendly. I have a habit of forgetting my gate code from time to time and Joy is always happy to help me out. My only complaint would be the rent increase last year.

I was shopping around for a storage that had deals came across Public Storage that had a sign for $1 move in Chanda was very friendly outgoing with a positive energy she had apologize about not having any specials for today I was bummed out but she will alert me if anything comes up. She's so sweet and caring. She made me feel welcome not like a complete stranger.

Once apon a time there was a lonely storage unit.. I called Joy and she told me all about it.. So I took her advice and visited the lonely lil unit and I fell in love.. So I rented it moved my things in and I'm happy and the lonely storage unit has a wonderful family now! The End
